Telekom Malaysia’s business process outsourcing arm VADS has received the VMware Partner Network award in the Enterprise Solution Provider of the Year category for both the Global and Asia Pacific regions during VMware’s annual partner event held recently in San Francisco.
VADS vice president of ICT services, Fermin Fautsch, who received the awards on behalf of the company, said, “VADS has come a long way since we first became part of the VMware Service Provider Program (VSPP) in late 2012.”
“Within one year, we have seen growth globally and we will continue to invest in this partnership to bring more value to our customers,” said Fautsch. “We look forward to another great year ahead as we continue to develop our Cloud services in tandem with the industry’s growth in Malaysia.”
VMware senior vice president, global partner organisation, Dave O’Callaghan, said, “We are pleased to acknowledge the achievements made in 2013 by our partners within the region.”
“VMware is dedicated to educating and equipping our partners with the resources they need to master the new reality of the software defined enterprise that enables more agile delivery of IT services – for organisations of all sizes,” said O’Callaghan. “We congratulate VADS on winning a VMware Partner Network Award and look forward to our continued mutual success in 2014.”
