On 22nd October 2010, the Contact Centre Industry gathered to celebrate the 11th CRM & Contact Centre Awards Annual Dinner at Sunway Resorts Hotel and Spa.
This event is a gathering of all the Leaders from the various Malaysian contact centre industry. Its objective is to reward and recognize the top contact centre organizations and personnel from Malaysia for their contributions to the industry.
