Kuala Lumpur: VADS Bhd has signed a new RM143.7 million three year contract with its parent company Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) to manage the latter’s customer contact centre services.
VADS said yesterday its unit VADS e-Services Sdn Bhd (VeS) would provide professional service for TM’s customer interaction centre, which includes TM’s Streamyx and non-Streamyx phone and non-voice interactions. TM owns 63.37% of VADS.
The Contract is backdated to January this year, whereby VeS would handle interactions that include first and second-level technical support, non-voice support and 24-hour support for certain services.
