Terengganu Muafakat : Kecemerlangan Perkhidmatan Kite 2025

    Two amazing batches, one shared mission. A total of 41 passionate participants, comprising call centre agents and customer service officers from various departments under Terengganu Government, came together for an inspiring indoor team-building program held at Dewan Duyung, Hotel Grand Continental, Kuala Terengganu.

    Batch 1 kicked off on 6–7 July 2025, followed by Batch 2 on 8–9 July 2025. This programme wasn’t just about fun and games, but it was designed to:

    • Strengthen collaboration and teamwork
    • Break down workplace silos
    • Boost communication within the team and with customers
    • Elevate the customer service experience for the people of Terengganu

    Behind every successful session was a passionate team of trainers who ensured that every activity was impactful, meaningful and aligned with Terengganu Government’s goals. With high energy and creative activities, participants walked away with renewed motivation, stronger bonds and practical strategies to bring their customer service excellence to the next level.
