On July 9th, 2024, the Marang Contact Centre hosted a Majlis Bacaan Yasin dan Doa Selamat to mark the successful completion of the Contact Centre Modernization initiative. This meaningful event brought together our team in a spirit of gratitude, unity, and prayer.
The session began with the recitation of Surah Yasin, followed by heartfelt prayers seeking blessings, safety, and security in all future endeavours. This was a moment to reflect on our journey, express our gratitude for the achievements thus far, and renew our commitment to continuous improvement.
During the doa selamat, we prayed for strength and motivation to achieve our targets and to ensure the continued success of the Marang Contact Centre. The gathering also symbolized our shared hope for the future and our dedication to upholding excellence in every decision and action we take moving forward.
