The Life@BPO Spark & Unite – Melaka Edition took place on 20th and 21st December 2024 at Kem Permata Resort, Alor Gajah, Melaka. This vibrant program brought together staff to foster stronger relationships and enhance teamwork.
The event commenced with dynamic activities such as Grouping, Team Flag creation, and an energetic War Cry Challenge on the first day. On the second day, participants engaged in exhilarating sessions including Aerobics, Water Confidence exercises, Water Rafting, Jungle Trekking, and an adrenaline-pumping Obstacle Challenge.
These activities left participants inspired, united, and motivated to bring their collaborative spirit back to the workplace, reinforcing the importance of teamwork and camaraderie.
