Spark & Unite 2024 kicked off in spectacular fashion on 28th December 2024, with the Treasure Hunt flag-off at TM Annexe 1 as early as 8 a.m., officiated by Puan Maizatul, Mr. Jazlan Azizy, Mr. Irfan, and Puan Zuliyana. This exhilarating adventure featured 30 cars and 120 participants working in teams to solve 40 puzzles scattered across seven checkpoints, leading them on an unforgettable journey from TM Annexe 1 to the scenic De Palma Resort, Kuala Selangor. The energy, teamwork, and determination displayed during this event exemplified the spirit of collaboration and excitement that Spark & Unite embodies.
Meanwhile, at De Palma Resort, Kuala Selangor, preparations for the BPO Annual Hi-Tea 2024 were in full swing, celebrating a year of dedication and achievement. This cherished occasion brought together staff from all levels—from top management to first-line team members—uniting Central and Regional teams in a heartwarming display of togetherness, camaraderie, and appreciation. The event stood as a testament to the bonds that tie the BPO family, providing a space for gratitude, shared laughter, and lasting memories.
The Annual Hi-Tea 2024 officially commenced at 2 p.m., kicking off with a lively emcee performance and a dazzling showcase together with the Bedazzle Team. The festivities continued with incredible performances by Unifi TV & E&G Inbound Team from Central, Penang CC, Melaka CC, Terengganu CC, and Kuching CC, keeping the audience captivated throughout. Culminating in the BPO Annual Awards 2024, the event celebrated excellence and success, honouring staff who shone brightly throughout the year. The day concluded with a grand finale that left everyone inspired and motivated, setting the stage for an even brighter 2025!
