
VADS BP set the stage ablaze from 3rd to 7th November 2025 with a week-long celebration of Global CX Month under the inspiring theme “Mission Possible.” The energy across all sites was electric as the team came together to honour dedication, creativity and the unstoppable spirit that drives our customer experience excellence.
The celebration began with a dynamic CX Day Roadshow and the CX Pledge, where teams dressed in their finest Corporate Chic to kick off the mission in style. Gratitude took centre stage the following day with heartfelt appreciation moments, brightened by the Colour Burst dress theme. Midweek brought excitement and laughter through games and fun activities, with everyone showing off their playful side in Costume and Fun Accessories. On the fourth day, appreciation gifts were distributed to our Care Crews, while in Klang Valley, the highlight was the GCX Management Team Visit, where all proudly wore Company’s Pride colours to represent VADS BP at its best.
The grand finale on 7 November celebrated our Top Performers and featured inspiring stories that reminded everyone why our mission is always possible. Dressed in Retro Vintage, the atmosphere was filled with joy, unity, and pride. The entire week reflected what makes VADS BP truly exceptional – teamwork, passion, and the relentless pursuit of excellence in every customer interaction.
