    We are proud to announce the successful completion of the ISO 18295-1:2017 Customer Contact Centre (CCC) Re-certification Audit, conducted from 15th to 17th July 2024.

    We are delighted to report that the audit yielded zero Non-Conformance (NCR) findings and identified no Opportunities For Improvement (OFI).
