From 16th to 18th December 2024, VADS Business Process Sdn. Bhd. Training Services conducted an engaging team-building program for one of Malaysia’s well-known specialist hospitals at the stunning Belum Rainforest Resort, Gerik, Perak. The retreat offered participants an unforgettable experience filled with activities such as bamboo rafting, a visit to the Indigenous People’s Village, jungle trekking at Sungai Papan and an exhilarating scavenger hunt.
The program was carefully designed to address interpersonal challenges, foster collaboration and strengthen relationships among team members in a serene natural setting. The breathtaking landscape of Belum Rainforest provided the perfect environment for participants to connect, reflect and grow together as a cohesive and empowered team.
