VADS Business Process Sdn. Bhd. Training Services successfully organized a dynamic two-batch team-building program titled Hadapi Cabaran Melalui Kerja Berpasukan Yang Dinamik for one of famous eastern’s bookstores. The event took place from 9th to 12th September 2024 at Lalang’s Chalet, Campsite, and Lata Keding, bringing together employees from 33 branches across Kelantan, Terengganu, and Pahang.
The program aimed to foster teamwork, strengthen collaboration, and build mutual understanding among participants through a series of engaging and thoughtfully curated activities. The picturesque setting provided the perfect backdrop for employees to step away from their routine work environments and immerse themselves in productive, team-focused challenges.
One of the standout elements of the event was the incorporation of the traditional Semutar, symbolizing resilience and cultural pride. Adding a distinct local touch, participants delivered a heartfelt Dikir Barat performance, expressing appreciation for the efforts of the VADS BP team.
