    On 25th September 2024, the Melaka Contact Centre at Graha Maju had the privilege of hosting Southern State Government for a benchmarking visit focused on Contact Centre Transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience.


    The visit included:
    – A comprehensive presentation showcasing the centre’s evolution toward digitalisation, highlighting structured processes, enhanced telephony, and advanced digital applications, including updated CRM systems.
    – Success stories from VADS Business Process Sdn. Bhd. existing clients, illustrating impactful outcomes.
    – An on-site tour offering them a firsthand experience of live operations and valuable case-sharing sessions.
