
The Ultimate Hook in Sales Training continued its impactful journey with Wave 3 in Terengganu and Wave 4 in Kuching, equipping TMSRC staff with practical techniques to transform conversations into business opportunities. In Marang, Terengganu (30 July – 7 August 2025), participants explored powerful sales pitches, refined communication skills and practiced tailoring strategies to different customer profiles through interactive role-plays and real-world simulations. Meanwhile, in Kuching (18 – 21 August 2025), 68 TSPs and Team Leaders gathered at TM Jalan WERE for a highly collaborative programme filled with hands-on exercises that built confidence, sharpened techniques and encouraged experimentation in a dynamic, energetic setting.

Across both waves, the training produced remarkable outcomes as participants grew more confident in initiating impactful discussions, engaging customers effectively, and driving higher conversions, upsells and service adoption. More than a learning session, Ultimate Hook in Sales has become a catalyst for transformation, instilling the skills and mindset needed to deliver consistent sales excellence and long-term customer value.
