    VADS BP set the tone for the year ahead with the AOP Kick Off 2026, held on 4 February 2026 at the TM Digital Academy, Cyberjaya. Bringing together leaders and teams, the session centred on the theme “Scaling Up with Digital & AI,” outlining a clear and focused direction aligned with PW2030: Pioneer, Win and Revitalise. The event reflected VADS BP’s commitment to driving sustainable growth, delivering meaningful customer outcomes, and executing with clarity and purpose.

    The programme featured a series of engaging sessions on AI-driven customer experience, with insights shared by Puan Shazurawati Abdul Karim, Chief Customer Experience Officer, alongside perspectives from industry partners such as Zoom and Freshworks. These sessions provided valuable viewpoints on how digital and AI can shape the future of customer engagement and service delivery.

    Beyond strategy and technology, the Kick Off also highlighted the importance of people and collaboration.
