Datuk Seri Fateh Iskandar Tan Sri Dato’ Mohamed Mansor
Datuk Seri Fateh Iskandar, was appointed Chairman of VADS Berhad (VADS) on 1 May 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Queensland, Australia.
Datuk Seri Fateh Iskandar is currently the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Glomac Berhad (Glomac). He first joined Glomac Group of Companies in 1992 and was appointed its Group Executive Director in 1997. He was thereafter promoted as Group Managing Director in 2004 and subsequently appointed as CEO of Glomac on 24 March 2009. Prior to joining Glomac, he practised law in Australia before returning to Malaysia and joining Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad.
Datuk Seri Fateh Iskandar is currently Deputy President of The Real Estate & Housing Developer’s Association (REHDA) Malaysia and Immediate Past Chairman of REHDA Selangor Branch. He is a Founding Director of Malaysia Property Incorporated, a body that promotes property investments among foreigners in Malaysia, Deputy Chairman of the Malaysian Australian Business Council, Chairman of Gagasan Badan Ekonomi Melayu (GABEM), Selangor Branch, Co-Chairmen of the Special Taskforce to Facilitate Business Group (PEMUDAH) on Legal and Services.
He was awarded the Malaysian Business Award in Property 2012 by the Malay Chamber of Commerce and Outstanding Entrepreneurship Award at the 2013 Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards. Datuk Seri Fateh Iskandar also sits on the Boards of Axis Reit Managers Berhad, Media Prima Berhad and The New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Berhad.
DATO’ SRI MOHAMMED SHAZALLI RAMLY
Dato’ Sri Shazalli, was appointed Director of VADS on 8 May 2017. He is currently the Managing Director/Group Chief Executive Officer of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) effective on 1 May 2017. He spent his early education in MRSM and Universiti Teknologi MARA, Perlis. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Marketing) from Indiana University Bloomington, Indiana, USA and an MBA from St. Louis University, Missouri, USA.
He was most recently the Regional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Corporate Executive Vice President (EVP) for Axiata Group Berhad‘s South East Asia operations, after being promoted from his previous position as the CEO and director of Celcom Axiata Berhad (Celcom), a position he held from 1 September 2005 until 31 August 2016.
Prior to his appointment at Celcom, he was the Chief Executive Officer of NTV7, Malaysia’s 7th terrestrial TV station, a position he held for 8 years since its launch in 1998. Dato’ Sri Shazalli left his mark in the FMCG industry, prior to his service with NTV7. He served Unilever (1987 – 1993) both in Malaysia and Indonesia, followed by the Malaysian Tobacco Company (MTC) and British American Tobacco (BAT) (1993 – 1996) both in Malaysia and the United Kingdom. He also served as ASTRO Marketing Director for two years where he pioneered the launch of ASTRO digital satellite services in Malaysia.
In recognition of his achievements, Dato’ Sri Shazalli was bestowed the Business Leadership Award 2009: Telecommunications Sector; 2010 as the Masterclass CEO of the Year by Malaysia Business Leadership Award and in 2012 CEO of The Year by PC.Com Reader’s Choice Awards. In 2013, he was also conferred the ‘ICT Personality of the Year’ at the PIKOM Leadership Awards Night.
Dato’ Sri Mohammed Shazalli is currently director of several companies which include Malaysian Airlines Berhad, Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad and Kuala Lumpur Business Club. He is also a member of Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia, the Chairman of PR1MA Communications Sdn Bhd and a Board Member of Yayasan Kebajikan Negara Malaysia.
Datuk Bazlan Osman
Datuk Bazlan was appointed the Director of VADS on 30 March 2012. He is currently Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer of TM effective on 1 May 2017.
Datuk Bazlan is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
He Datuk Bazlan began his career as an auditor with a public accounting firm in 1986 and subsequently served the Sime Darby Group, holding various positions in its corporate office in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Melaka.

In 1993, he had a brief stint in American Express Malaysia Berhad before joining Kumpulan FIMA Berhad in 1994, where he was subsequently appointed Senior Vice President, Finance / Company Secretary. He joined Celcom Axiata Berhad (formerly known as Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad) in 2001 as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance & Treasury and subsequently appointed as the CFO prior to his appointment as TM Group CFO on 1 May 2005. Effective 1 November 2009, he also oversees the operations of TM Global, TM Wholesale and Support Business.
Datuk Bazlan currently serves as a Board member of several subsidiaries within TM Group including as Chairman of Fiberail Sdn Bhd and TM Info-Media Sdn Bhd.
Azizi A Hadi
Azizi Hadi was appointed Director of VADS on 15 May 2017. He is currently the Executive Vice President of TM Managed Accounts. Azizi is charged to drive through the transformation stage further, and improve our market share as a fully integrated Connectivity / ICT / BPO solutions Provider.
Azizi A Hadi, has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, and have been exposed to engineering, operations, sales, product development and management throughout. He started in TM Group in 2006 as the General Manager, Technology and innovation, TM Retail and was then promoted to Vice President of Retail Product in February 2009. As the Vice President, he was responsible for the development of commercialization of TM’s products and services, and after 2 years, he was became the Executive Vice President, SME, before assuming his role as the Chief Operating Officer of Webe in 2014. In August 2016, he was then promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Webe.
Prior to helming various positions in TM, his career began with the Royal Malaysian Army as the Engineering Officer in the Royal Signals Regiment. He was also the Country Business Development Manager of Global One Communications where he was entrusted with the country’s MNC sales back in 1999. He was also the Head of Broadband Business Unit in Network Engineering and Operations for Maxis Communications Berhad, before becoming the General Manager, Technology and Innovation in TM.
Azizi holds a Masters of Business Administration from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University, USA.
Executive Director / Chief Executive Officer
Nizam was appointed as Director and Chief Executive Officer of VADS on 15 May 2017. He joined Telekom Malaysia in 2007 where he was appointed as General Manager for IT Architecture to look into migration of all legacy systems. He was later appointed as VP GIT in 2008 to lead Telekom Malaysia IT transformation to support High Speed Broadband (HSBB) rollout programme.
Prior to joining TM Group, he has had several roles in systems support and solution management with global companies including Nixdorf Computer, Ericson AB, IBM Inc and Sun Microsystems Inc.
He was leading the Digital initiative to oversee the optimisation of business processes within network strategy, development and operations and the systems needed to support TM’s Digital Transformation before being appointed to CEO of Vads and Vads Lyfe.
Nizam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio.
Wan Ahmad Kamal Wan Halim
Wan Ahmad Kamal Wan Halim, holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Statistics from Monash University, Melbourne. He joined TM on 1 June 2014 as Executive Vice President, Enterprise.
He has over 25 years of professional experience specializing in the Senior and Regional Sales Management, Business Management and Account Management roles across the Service Provider and Enterprise sectors in ASEAN and Malaysia.
His career began in 1986 as an assistant director of Planning & Research Division with the
Ministry of Education Malaysia until 1990 and later moved to Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad in Accounts and Sales Management.
In 1994, he joined Sapura Telecommunications Berhad, where he served in Sales, Channel, Marketing & Product Management. In 2000, he joined Juniper Networks as Country Manager, Malaysia and was made the Sales Director for Malaysia, Indonesia & Vietnam in 2002.
He was later appointed Managing Director Malaysia in 2007 and promoted as Managing Director ASEAN in 2012.
Ahmad Azhar Yahya
Ahmad Azhar, was appointed Chief Digital Officer of TM , Managed Accounts on 15 May 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, USA.
Ahmad Azhar began his career in 1987 as an Engineer in Agilent Technologies (formerly known as Hewlett Packard). He then joined management consultants, Accenture in 1990 servicing a portfolio of clients in Malaysia, Asia and the Middle East in various industries from communications, to high technology, oil and gas and the public sector.
His experience includes strategic planning and change management, business and operations support systems, enterprise resource management, revenue and customer relationship management. He became a Partner at Accenture in 2000 before joining TM as Group Chief Information Officer on 2 August 2004. In 2008, Ahmad Azhar was appointed TM’s Programme Director of High-Speed Broadband (HSBB) Programme and contributed to the successful launch of UniFi in March 2010. He was then appointed as the Chief Strategy Officer of TM on 15 July 2010. In January of 2012, Ahmad Azhar served as the CEO of VADS Bhd before assuming his current position as Chief Customer Advocacy, Telekom Malaysia.
