Life@VADS Get Fit 2026: Hiking Denai 3 Puteri

Energy, teamwork, and a refreshing connection with nature converged during the LIFE@VADS Get Fit: Hiking Denai 3 Puteri programme held on 15 May 2026 at Taman Eko Rimba Negeri Selangor. Joined by nearly 25 participants, the program started at 8.00 am with a safety and trail briefing, a stretching session, and a short prayer before the team began the hike at 8.30 am. Filled with positive energy and team spirit, participants successfully completed the journey to the peak in approximately one and a half hours while enjoying the beautiful forest trail experience together.

The excitement reached new heights at the summit, where participants captured group photos, created social media content, and memorable moment where participants prepared steaming bowls of curry noodles and coffee while enjoying the breathtaking panoramic view from the peak. The team began their descent at 11.30am, arriving safely back at the entry point around 12.30pm. More than just a fitness activity, the program fostered team bonding, promoted a healthier lifestyle, and embodied the vibrant spirit of LIFE@VADS by supporting wellbeing, positivity, and work-life balance among employees.
