BPO Malaysia Team Building 2024 & Business Retreats 2025

On 28th November 2024, the BPO Malaysia Team Building 2024 was held at the DSH Villa, Hulu Langat, bringing together nearly 90 energetic and dedicated personnel for a day filled with inspiration and excitement. The event kicked off with an exhilarating aerobic and Zumba session, setting a vibrant tone and charging everyone with positivity and energy for the day ahead.

The highlight of the day was a powerful Business Retreat Keynote by GM Jazlan Azizy, who outlined the 2025 roadmap and inspired the team to face future challenges head-on with resilience and determination.

Engaging activities such as the Team War Cry Challenges, Team Building Games, TikTok Challenges, and Sukan Rakyat brought out teamwork, creativity, and friendly competition among participants. These games not only fostered unity but also emphasized the importance of collaboration in achieving success.

A heartfelt appreciation ceremony honored the Geomatic department, led by En Wan Razali, for their incredible contributions as they transition to the Smart Services under Product and Innovation effective 1st December 2024. Their dedication and legacy were celebrated with gratitude and respect.

The day was a resounding success, filled with moments that strengthened bonds, inspired ambition, and reinforced a shared commitment to face challenges and achieve greatness together.
