Industrial Visit from Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis

Meaningful and memorable day as VADS BP had the opportunity to host an industrial visit from Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis, Indonesia in collaboration with the Melaka Water Institute, at the Melaka Contact Centre (Graha Maju) on 15th July 2025. The visit welcomed 65 enthusiastic students, 4 lecturers, and representatives from Melaka Water Institute and Syarikat Air Melaka Berhad, all eager to explore how digital technology and AI are transforming communication and broadcasting.

The programme featured a tour of the contact centre floor and a presentation on BPO digital channels and AI services, offering valuable real-world exposure. Lecturers shared that the visit was unlike any they had experienced before. It was insightful, impactful and filled with new knowledge and inspiration for the future.
